This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this site. It is written to meet Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What is collected
The inquiry form on the Engage page collects your name and role, email address, organisation, a description of your design problem, and your timeline. Nothing else on this site asks for personal information.
How it is used
Your inquiry is used only to reply to you and, if there is a fit, to discuss a possible engagement. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Where it is stored and for how long
The form is delivered by email through Formspree, a form-handling service, and is kept in DSarchitek Inc.'s email. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within two years.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent at any time by writing to deane.stillar@dsarchitek.ca. Requests are answered within 30 days.
